This Petition is preferred seeking directions to the learned Sessions Judge, Pune to decide Criminal Appeal No.11 of 2024, Criminal Revision Application Nos.384 of 2023, 385 of 2023 and 386 of 2023 which have been filed by the Petitioners.

The Petitioners are permitted to file applications for expeditious hearing of Criminal Appeal No.11 of 2024 pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Pune.

4.

So far as criminal Revision Applications are concerned, the learned Sessions Judge is requested to make an endeavour to consider the prayer for expeditious hearing of these Revision Applications and hear and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
