Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by delay in hearing of the Externment Appeal No. 22/2025 preferred by the petitioner against an order of externment passed by the Competent Authority on 10th January, 2025.

It is submitted that, the appeal was preferred in the month of February, 2025. However, the Appellate Authority has by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date:

As the petitioner has invoked the statutory remedy of appeal against the externment order, the Appellate Authority (R1) is directed to list the Appeal for hearing on 19th January, 2026 and hear and decide the appeal as expeditiously as SAINATH 1/2

The petition stands disposed.
