In the event, such Revision Application is filed and the question of limitation arises, the time spent in prosecuting this Petition may be accounted for under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963. 6.

It is clarified that this Court has not entered into the merits of the matter. 7.

In the meanwhile, the Petitioner is permitted to take adjournment before SSP 1/2
