In addition to the Court notice, the Applicant to serve the Respondents by private service and shall file affidavit of service before the returnable date.

Notice to indicate that subject to the convenience of the Court, the Criminal Revision Application will be heard finally at the admission stage. It is further clarified that if the Court is not able to take up Criminal Revision Application for final hearing at admission stage, then the interim relief which is sought by prayer clause (c) will be considered.
