By the present Application filed under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Applicant has assailed the order dated 20th December, 2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-4, Thane in Special (CBI) Case No. 33 of 2017, dismissing the Application at Exh. 19 filed by the Applicant seeking discharge under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. 2.

Mr. Upadhyay, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions states that the Charge is now framed in Special (CBI) Case No. 33 of 2017 and as such, the present Application has become infructuous. 3.

Mr. Amit Munde learned Advocate for the CBI submits that the Talwalkar

charge is indeed framed in Special (CBI) Case No. 33 of 2017 . 4.

In view of the above, Criminal Revision Application No. 89 is disposed of as infructuous.
