Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no case at all against the Applicant as there are no allegations against that applicant that applicant assaulted the deceased on his head. Applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this Criminal Revision Application with liberty to

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, application is allowed to withdraw with aforesaid liberty. All contentions of the applicant are kept open.
