P.C." for short), the Applicant has assailed the order dated 18th February, 2025 passed by the Court of Special Judge, Thane, dismissing the Application at Exh. 219 seeking discharge in Special Case (ACB) No. 26 of 2016 filed by the Applicant under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C.
