Heard Mr. Ojha, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Bhatia, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent. 2.

Both the learned Counsel state that the parties have settled the dispute and agreed on the following broad conditions of settlement:

i.

The Respondent - Manish Kumar (Husband) will pay an amount of Rs.32,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Two Lakhs Only) to the Applicant - Kamini (Wife), as full and final settlement, including her all claims.

05-REVN-190-2025.DOC Akash Tayde ii. Except said amount of Rs.32,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Two Lakhs Only) Petitioner- Wife will have no other claim of whatsoever nature against the Respondent- Husband. iii. Both the Applicant and the Respondent have agreed to take divorce by mutual consent.

Both the learned Counsel seeks time to tender the Consent Terms.

Accordingly, stand over to 4th December 2025 at 03:00 p.m.. To be shown fairly 'high on board'.
