IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO. 257 OF 2025 Manoj Bhanudas Mogal ... Applicant V/s.
State of Maharashtra ... Respondent Mr. Chetan Damre, for the applicant.
Mrs. Rajashree V Newton, APP for State.
CORAM
: AMIT BORKAR, J.
DATED : OCTOBER 15, 2025 P.C.:
1.
The applicant is challenging the order of framing charge for offences under section 307, 353, 333, 323, 504 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
2.
The learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that without giving opportunity to hear, the Trial Court has framed charges.
3.
In my opinion, the prosecution has already examined three witnesses, and a few more witnesses remain to be examined. Therefore, it would be in the interest of justice, to direct Trial Court to expedite the trial.
4.
Hence, the revision is disposed of by directing the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
