The Applicant contends that the interim order granted maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.5,000/- per month for each child. The Family Court No. 1, Pune, vide order dated May 7, 2025, increased the maintenance to Rs.20,000/- per month for the wife and Rs.10,000/- per month for each child, effective six months from the application disposal 2.

However, the maintenance immediately after six months, while disposing the application has been increased to Rs.20,000/- per month for the wife and Rs.10,000/- per month for each child, by the Judge, Family Court No. 2, Pune, vide order dated 7th May 2025. Being 16th July 2025 R.V.Patil

1 REVN.291.2025.doc aggrieved by the said order, the Petitioner-husband has approached this Court.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 13th August 2025.
