Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel and in view of the consent terms, application is allowed. 4.

The conviction imposed on the applicant by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court Room No.5, Kolhapur in Summary Criminal Case No.8456 of 2023 is quashed and set aside. 5.

Bail bonds of the applicant stands cancelled. 6.

Applicant is acquitted from the charges levelled against him. 7.
