By the present Criminal Revision Application, the Applicant is assailing the order dated 5th August, 2025 passed by the learned Special Judge under the SC and ST (POA) Act, City Civil & Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai, C.R. 60, by which the Application filed by the Applicant under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ,seeking discharge from the Special Case SCST No. 1352 of 2022, is rejected. The offences charged in the said proceedings are under Section 306, 498-A, 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s), 3(2)(va), 3(2)(v) & 6 of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. After having heard the matter for sometime, Mr. Devendra Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Application.
