Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, in clause (ii) of the operative order, the mention of "Sections 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has inadvertently remained to be included, and therefore requested that the order be corrected by including the said sections.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, the clause (ii) of the operative order be corrected as under : (ii) The applicant is discharged of the offences punishable under Section 354, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The praecipe stands disposed of.
