2. On 14/10/2025, the Ld. APP sought time to verify the genuineness of the letter dated 13/05/2025 issued by Ghana High Commissioner, New Delhi.

3. Today new APP has submitted that he has received instructions from the Investigating Officer, who had communicated with the High Commission of Republic of Ghana, New Delhi, through the authorised 18th November, 2025

CRMAB 7 of 2025 channel, stating that the Ghana Passport in the Applicant's custody is fake. The Ld. APP wants to place on record the said letter. Liberty is granted.

4. Ld. Counsel for the Applicant also to place on record the original letter dated 13/05/2025 as to how he has obtained the said letter dated 13/05/2025 from the Jail.

5. Stand over to 27/11/2025.
