2. Mr S. Karpe, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents, informed the Court that after the order dated 17.01.2025, till date, three more witnesses have been examined, and one witness is in the witness box and is partly examined, and one more witness, i.e. the Investigating Officer, is yet to be examined. He states that an endeavour will be made to complete the evidence of the prosecution witnesses before 27.01.2026. His statement is accepted. 7th January, 2026

3. The Trial Court to take note of the same. Needless to say that the learned Counsel for the Applicant shall cooperate in examining the witnesses before the stipulated time.
