1. Registry to waive objections and register the matter.

2. Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Division Bench of this Court, by its order dated 24.06.2025 has dealt with the issue of suspension of Lookout Circular (LOC) issued against the Applicant. It is submitted that the operation of the LOC for the time being is being suspended till 15.07.2025 and stands quashed thereafter.

3. It is made clear that the Chargesheet in Crime No. 141/2024 has 1st July, 2025

CRMA 66 of 2025 been lodged under Criminal Case No. IPC 385/2024/C and is pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class 'C' Court at Mapusa.

4. In view of the order passed on 24.06.2025, the learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. Leave granted.

5. The Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The Learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant assures that the Applicant will appear before the Magistrate and attend further committal proceedings and subject himself to the orders of the concerned Court.

6. In view of the above, Criminal Miscellaneous Application (Bail) No. 36 of 2025 stands disposed of.
