The allegations against the appellant No.2 i.e. Mallinath Hanmant Gaikwad are with other co-accused. These allegations are in chorus. 3.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, I pass following order:

ORDER

i.

In the event of arrest of appellant No.2 i.e. Mallinath Hanmant Gaikwad in connection of C.R.No. 613 of 1/2

S.S.Kilaje 68-APEAL-42-2025 (CR) (copy).doc 2024 registered with Akkalkot South Police Station shall be released on bail on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

ii.

The appellant No.2 shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

List the Appeal on 29th April, 2025.
