1. At the outset, Mr. Karpe, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in Court today, states that the majority of the witnesses have already been examined before the Trial Court and only 6 to 7 witnesses remain to be examined. He submits that the trial is likely to conclude within a period of two weeks from today.

2. In view of the statement made by Mr. Karpe, Mr. Prabhudessai, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application if the trial does not conclude within the next three months. 6th March, 2026

3. Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty. However, it is made clear that the Applicant shall cooperate with the trial and ensure that his Counsel remains present before the Trial Court and does not seek unnecessary adjournments during the course of the trial.

4. Application for bail is disposed of as withdrawn. DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.
