It is reported by Mr S. Karpe, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State that out of the ive witnesses listed to be examined, three are being examined by the Trial Court on 22.08.2025. Apart from these three witnesses, two more witnesses listed to be examined who are from Mumbai would be examined immediately thereafter.

he Trial Court shall endeavour to complete the depositions of the three witnesses summoned i.e. AW18, AW19 and AW20 preferably by 02.09.2025. he Court shall ensure that the summons are also served on the witnesses AW14 and AW15 who reside in Mumbai and shall ensure that their depositions are 19th August 2025

As far as possible all the aforementioned ive witnesses' depositions shall be completed by 08.09.2025. Mr Amey Prabhudessai, learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant will fully cooperate with the Trial Court in completing the cross-examination of these witnesses, without seeking any unnecessary adjournment. 3.
