Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the appellant points out that first informant had filed affidavit before the Special Court mentioning that at the time of incident appellant was not present and he has mentioned his name in FIR due to misunderstanding. Considering this fact, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest the appellant be enlarged on bail in C.R.No. 613 of 2024 registered with Akkalkot South Police Station, Dist. Solapur on executing P.R.Bond of 1/2

(ii) The appellant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
