1. Letter dated 06.09.2025 was received from Principal District & Sessions Judge, Margao, seeking extension of time by a period of two months to comply with the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 19.08.2025, i.e. to examine 5 witnesses by 08.09.2025.

2. For the reasons stated in the letter, time is extended for a period of two months from the date of receipt of the letter. The Registry to inform the concerned Court accordingly.

3. It is informed by the Ld. Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent that out of 5 witnesses, 3 witnesses have been examined 16th October, 2025

CRMAB 43 of 2025 till date by the Trial Court.
