Mr Sangram Desai, Ld Senior Counsel along with Mr Rohan Desai, Ld Counsel for the Applicant pointed out that although date for trial program is scheduled on 17.11.2025, it is urged that bail application be heard on merits.

2. Perusal of the roznama reveals that parties are called on 17.11.2025 to chalk out a trial program with the assistance of Public Prosecutor and Ld. Defence Counsel.

3. Let the trial program be placed before this Court on 18.11.2025.

4. The decision to hear the bail application will be taken considering the trial program, which will be chalked out by the trial Court.
