Heard learned counsel for the Appellant, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.

It appears that first informant's grand-daughter lodged a complaint against the Appellant and her family members on 5th January 2024, and thereafter, the present complaint was filed on 4th October, 2024. It appears that there is an on going family dispute between the first informant and Appellant's family. 3.

Considering this fact, I pass following.

ORDER

i. In the event of arrest, the Appellant be released on bail in Crime No.241 of 2024 registered with Malegaon Police Station, Pune Rural Division, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Appellant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

iii. The Appellant shall not contact/influence or threaten or pressurize the complainant or otherwise tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

Stand over to 19th June, 2025.
