Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for respondent No.1-State and learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2.

It is prosecution's case that the appellant and co-accused assaulted respondent No.2 and his brother with weapons and abused them on their caste though they were aware about the caste of the first informant and his brother.

It appears from the FIR that though there are allegations against the present appellant that he has assaulted the first informant and his brother but there is no reference that he abused the first informant and his brother on caste. Considering this fact, till next date, in the event of arrest, the appellant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 4.

Stand over to 21st March 2025.
