It is true on 9th July 2025, learned Advocate Shri.Shaikh sought time to go through the copy of chit. Today learned Advocate Shri.Harshavardhan Patil started with the arguments by submitting that he is not emphasizing on the chit. However considering the arguments, when this Court has gone through the observations about chit (Paragraph No.32, Page 58) and the answer given by PW No.3 in paragraph Nos.7 and 8 on Page Nos.26 and 27, the learned Advocate Satish Sangar 1/2

10-APEAL-114-2025.doc submitted that he will go through copy of chit by seeking a copy from the trial Court.

It is correct that this Court is required to see what are the contents of the chit. Yet the Appeal is not admitted. So the record cannot be called. On this background, let the Appellant to produce copy of chit by applying before the trial Court. He is also at liberty to apply for any of the documents which he wants this Court should look into.
