Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned APP and learned counsel for respondent No.2 for some time. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that charge-sheet is filed against the appellants and the appellants will surrender before the trial court, hence, direction be given to the trial court to decide the bail application filed by the applicant after his surrender. 3.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file bail application before the trial court after the appellant surrenders. The trial court is requested to dispose of the bail application, if any, filed by the appellant as early as possible.

The criminal appeal stands disposed of.
