After deliberation in the Court, the learned Advocate for the Appellant and learned Advocate for Respondent No.1, on instructions from their respective parties stated that they are ready and willing to settle this matter amicably subject to payment of Rs.8,00,000/- to be paid by Respondent No.1 to the Appellant by way of following installments, towards full and final settlement :- (a) Rs.2,00,000/- on or before 20/04/2025 (b) Rs.2,00,000/- on or before 30/04/2025 (c) Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 07/05/2025 (d) Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 16/06/2025 (e) Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 25/06/2025 (f) Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 07/07/2025 2) The Respondent No.1 who is present in person, undertakes to stick to the aforesaid payment schedule.

3) Stand over to 21st April, 2025 at 02:30 p.m. under the caption 'for settlement'.
