During the course of the hearing it is informed to this Court on the basis of chargesheet filed on record where the appellant was arrested and is already released on bail. Learned APP as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 do not dispute this fact.
2.
Though learned counsel for respondent No.2 tried to take exception to the said release of appellant on bail. Admittedly, the chargesheet has been filed on 25.05.2025 and till date there was no challenge to the said release of the appellant on bail, which has been done prior to filing of chargesheet. Pertinently, the bail has not been granted in compliance of any order passed by this Court.
3.
In this appeal, which deals with the anticipatory bail application, 1/2
S.S.Kilaje 8-APEAL-210-2025 (CR).doc this Court does not wish to go into the said issue. 4.
Suffice it to say that since the appellant after his arrest is already enlarged on bail, nothing survives in the appeal. Appeal therefore stands disposed of.
