Since the present proceedings arise out of ECIR/HQ/17/2017, the learned counsel for the appellant has placed before us an order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 19/11/2025 in two writ petitions filed by Hemant S. Hathi and Chetan Jayantilal seeking quashing and setting aside the criminal proceedings arising out FIRs registered by CBI BS & FC, New Delhi, along with ECIR/HQRS/15/2017 registered for offences under Section 3 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act by HIU Zone, as well as ECIR/HIU/17/2017 dated 27/10/2017. The Writ Petitions were allowed subject to certain directions issued by the Court as full and final payment based on consensus. By placing the order on record, which is marked as Exhibit-X for identification, she seeks withdrawal of the proceedings. Permission granted.
