Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP.

The learned APP submit that, co-accused out of the same crime have been released on bail by the Court of (Coram : Sandeep V. Marne, J.) by order dated 20th January 2025. 3.

Considering this fact, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Till the next date of hearing, in the event of arrest of Appellant in connection with N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

61-APEAL-270-2025.doc investigation of C.R.No.234 of 2024 registered with Dahiwadi Police Station, District-Satara, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 and under Sections 3(1) (f), 3(2)(v) and 6 of the SC & ST Act., he shall be released on bail on interim bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 21st April 2025.
