Ms. Shetty, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the offences in the present proceedings are pertains to The Scheduled Caste And The Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989. However, inadvertently, the present application has been filed as a prearrest bail application. She seeks liberty to convert the same into an appeal under Section 14(A) of The Scheduled Caste And The Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989.
