Mr. Hrishikesh Giri learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that he has instructions to appear in this matter on behalf of Respondent No.2, hence he seeks time.

Learned counsel for the Appellants strongly objected to allow an adjournment on the ground that no interim relief is granted to the Appellants.
