Heard learned counsel for the Appellant, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions in respect of CCTV footage.

In FIR there are allegations against the Appellant that he and co-accused assaulted the first informant and her husband with sickle, but there are no allegations that he has abused them on caste. Considering this fact, I pass following order: Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

ORDER

i. In the event of arrest, the Appellant be released on bail in Crime No.35 of 2025 registered with Bhigwan Police Station, Pune Rural Division, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Appellant shall attend the concerned police station once in week till decision of this application between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm.

iii. The Appellant shall not contact the first informant and prosecution witnesses.

iv. The Appellant shall not contact/influence or threaten or pressurize the complainant or otherwise tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

Stand over to 16th June, 2025.
