Heard learned Senior counsel for the Appellants, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.

Mr. Hrishikesh Giri, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that he has instructions to appear in this matter on behalf of Respondent No.2, hence he seeks time.

Learned Senior Counsel for Appellants insisted for interim relief as Appellants have no concerned with the said matter. Learned senior counsel strongly objected to allow an adjournment on the Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

Considering the submissions of all learned counsel, last chance is given to the Respondent No.2 to go on with the matter. On the next date, if Respondent No.2 fails to argue the matter, this Court would decide the matter on merit.

On the last date, this Court had appointed Advocate from Legal Aid Panel to represent for Respondent No.2, her appearance is discharged.
