Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2.
The appellants apprehends arrest in C.R.No. 80 of 2025 registered with Hupari Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 119(1), 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNS") and under Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

It is contention of learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for respondent No.2 that matter is settled out of the Court. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 has no objection to allow the bail application. Learned APP submits that C- 1/2

Considering the submissions of all learned counsel as CSummary report is filed against the appellants and as per the say of learned counsel for respondent No.2 matter is settled out of the Court, I pass following order.
ORDER
i.
In the event of his arrest in connection with investigation of C.R.No. 80 of 2025 registered with Hupari Police Station, the appellants shall be released on bail on executing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
ii.
The appellants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
iii.
The appellants shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

The appeal is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
