Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the Trial Court had extended the interim relief till 08.04.2025, hence requested for extension of interim relief.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 strongly objected for extension of interim relief on the ground that yet copy of appeal has not been served on him. He submits that considering the contents of FIR, appellants are not entitled for interim relief.

I have heard all learned counsel. As the learned Sessions Judge has granted interim relief, considering this fact, interim relief granted by the Trial Court is extended till next date. The appellants shall serve the copy of appeal to respondent No.2. The respondent No.2 can file reply to it if required.
