It appears that the allegations of caste on abuse are in chorus. There are no specific allegations that appellant has abused the first informant on his caste. Considering these facts, I pass following order:
ORDER
i.
In the event of arrest of appellant in connection of C.R.No. 302 of 2024 registered with Dahanu Police Station shall be released on bail on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two solvent 1/2

ii.
The appellant attend the concerned police station as and when required.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions.
