There is one paper in the chargesheet but not all medical papers. Its copies are given to learned APP on the last date. She has given instructions to the Police to verify about those documents. The submission of Mr.Khairnar is if these documents showing the injury caused to the Appellant are considered, the version of the First-Informant in the FIR cannot be totally believed. Let its set be given to the learned Advocate for the First-Informant. Mr.Khairnar assures to file those copies in the Court on the next date. 3.
