Heard learned counsel for the Appellant, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 seeks time to take instructions.

It appears from the F.I.R. that incident took place in the house and in front of the house of the first informant. Learned APP seeks time to take instructions, that whether it was in public view of not.

ORDER

i. In the event of arrest, the Appellant be released on bail in Crime No.51 of 2025 registered with Wadivarhe Police Station, District: Nashik, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Appellant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

iii. The Appellant shall not contact/influence or threaten or pressurize the complainant or otherwise tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

Stand over to 19th June, 2025.
