It appears from the FIR that the dispute is about affairs in school. Considering this fact, learned APP seeks time to take instructions. 3.

Issue notice to respondent No.2 returnable on 12th June 2025. 4.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the appellant be released on bail on execution of P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submitted that the appellant will not take any action against respondent No.2 and all the notices issued will be withdrawn.
