Heard learned Counsel for the appellant, learned APP and learned Counsel for the respondent No.2.

Learned Counsel for the appellant seeks an adjournment. Learned Counsel on instructions, further submits that by next date he will take remedial measures in respect of memo issued to the respondent No.2 i.e. the first informant. He further submits that the appellant will convince to the Trustees of the said Trust not to transfer to the first informant from said school instead of that, he will seek transfer from the said school.
