Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the Crime number has been inadvertently mentioned as Crime No.12 of 2015 instead of "Crime No.12 of 2025". It be corrected. 3.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, the Crime number in 2nd paragraph and 8th paragraph, Clause(ii) of the operative order be corrected to "Crime No.12 of 2025". 4.

The order dated 25th June 2025 stands corrected in above terms.
