Heard Mr. Bankapur, learned Counsel for the Appellant and Mr. Haldankar, learned APP for Respondent-State. 2.

On the basis of Affidavit dated 8th July 2025 of Mrs. Deepa Vaibhav Agey, Additional Superintendent of Nagpur Central Prison, he submits that the Appellant will complete the sentence on 29th July 2025 with set off period and remission.

On the other hand, Mr. Haldankar, learned APP states that this is the case where the Appellant has ran away from the jail and Dusane

27 APEAL 457.25 WITH IA 1646.DOC therefore, no case is made out for grant of bail. However, in the facts and circumstances, he states that the Criminal Appeal be heard finally immediately.

Perusal of record shows that the Appeal is of the year 2025. The record and proceedings with paper-book is awaited. 5.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to take steps immediately to get record of the case if possible with paper-book on or before 15th July 2025.
