Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the Appellants submits that Appellant No.1 is a Teacher. The dispute arises between the Appellant No.1 and first informant out of the loan. Learned counsel for the Appellants, on instructions, submits that Appellant No.1 is ready to deposit balance loan amount within a period of six weeks. Hence, requested to grant ad-interim relief.

Learned APP strongly objected for interim relief on the ground that the appellant has abused first informant on caste. Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/3

I have heard both learned counsel.

It appears dispute arose due to non payment of loan by the Appellant No.1. The Appellant No.1 is ready to deposit balance loan amount within a period of six weeks.

Considering this fact, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. In the event of arrest, the Appellant No.1 be released on bail in Crime No.184 of 2025 registered with MIDC Police Station, District: Solapur, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Appellant No.1 shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

iii. The Appellant No.1 shall not contact/influence or threaten or pressurize the complainant or otherwise tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 16th June, 2025.

All the concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
