It appears from the FIR that incident happened prior to five years of lodging of FIR. Considering this fact, I pass following order:

ORDER

i.

In the event of arrest of appellants in all Appeals in connection with C.R.No. 38 of 2025 registered with Malvani Police Station shall be released on bail on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount till the next date.

ii.

The appellants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

List all the appeals on16th July, 2025.
