Heard learned APP and learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 in all these appeals.

It is true this Court as per the order dated 24.06.2025 has granted ad-interim protection from the arrest subject to furnishing of bail. Today no one is present on behalf of the Appellants. If on the next date, no one will remain present on behalf of the Appellants, the Court will vacate the ad-interim protection.

The submission is made on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 that there is F.I.R. registered at Bandra Kurla Complex on 03.07.2025 against one Manish Sodhi and Swarnima, who is wife of Ravi Arora 2/3

and she is one of the Appellant. The submission is for vacating the adinterim protection. 4.

Learned APP submitted that there is name of Swarnima on page no. 313 as an accused. Parties are at liberty to rely upon those circumstances, when the Court will hear the appeal. 5.
