Learned counsel for the appellant seeks accommodation. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 raises objection for the accommodation on the ground that after obtaining ad-interim relief, the appellant is delaying the hearing of the appeals. In the interest of justice and as per the convenience of the learned counsel for the appellant, stand over to 9th December, 2025.
