Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

On the last date this Court had directed the charge be framed against the Appellant. It appears from the Roznama that the Appellant - Accused was not produced from the jail. Hence, the charge could not be framed.

Considering this fact, the Jail Authority is directed to produce the Appellant before the trial Court on the next date. Learned counsel for the Appellant - Accused is also directed to remain present while framing the charge.
