His submission is initially the father of the first informant has sold away land to the Nashik Municipal Corporation. During his lifetime, he and his wife and two sons have given special power of attorney. It is on page no. 98.

During investigation, the Police have sent all these documents for examination by handwriting expert. The report has come. After 2/3
hearing learned APP this Court feels that let there be an affidavit filed by the concerned Police Officer, who is acquainted with the facts. 5.
Stand over to 13th November 2025. Let that affidavit be filed till that date.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date .
