Heard, learned counsel for the Appellant and learned APP.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submit that, on earlier day of lodging FIR in present case the Appellant had lodged NC against the husband of First informant to take revenge of it the present FIR is lodged against the Appellant. Hence, requested for interim protection.

I have heard both learned counsel.

It appears that on 20th March 2025 the Appellant had lodged NC against the husband of the First Informant and on the next date present FIR is filed against the Appellant. 6.

Considering these facts, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Till the next date of hearing, in the event of arrest of Appellant in connection with investigation of C.R.No.300 of 2025 registered with Barshi City Police Station, Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 352, 351(2)(3) of Bhartiya Naya Sanhita and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the SC & ST Act., he shall be released on bail on interim bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 13th June 2025.
